Sometimes, when you spend so much time creating your own work, it can be difficult to step back and see it the way someone else does.
That’s why I created the Pipe It Expert Appraisal.
Send me photos of your chocolate strawberries and I’ll personally take a detailed look at your work, not to tell you how I would make them, and certainly not to change the individual style that makes them yours.
I’ll look at your creations from both a creative and customer perspective, including overall appeal, consistency, styling, presentation, colour, attention to detail, branding, perceived value and that all-important wow factor.
Most importantly, I’ll tell you what I genuinely see.
If something is working beautifully, I’ll tell you why. If I see an area that I believe could make a meaningful difference, I’ll explain what I would work on and why. And if I think something should be left exactly as it is, I’ll tell you that too.
I will never manufacture criticism simply to make an appraisal feel worthwhile.
Great chocolate strawberries don't need to be identical. Different dipping depths, drizzle styles, decoration placement and creative techniques can be exactly what gives someone's work its personality. I'm interested in whether your choices work together, whether they feel intentional, and ultimately whether the finished product makes someone want to buy it.
WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Your appraisal will be presented in a beautifully designed, personalised PDF covering areas such as your overall first impression, wow factor and customer appeal, consistency and execution, design and styling, presentation and branding, your standout strengths, where I would focus next, and my final thoughts.
This isn't a scorecard and there are no low ratings to knock your confidence. Whether you're relatively new to chocolate strawberries or already producing exceptional work, the idea is to help you understand where your work stands now and where you could take it next.
YOUR STYLE MATTERS
One of the things I love most about chocolate strawberries is that there isn't one correct way to create them.
I don't want your strawberries to look like mine.
I want them to look like yours.
My role is to help you recognise what's already making your work special, identify opportunities you may not have noticed yourself, and give you practical direction that you can actually use.
