Welcome to Pipe It. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Pipe It website, including digital ebooks and guides, collections and bundles, the Pipe It Expert Appraisal, and your use of product recommendations and third-party links featured on the website.

By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. DIGITAL EBOOKS & GUIDES

Pipe It ebooks, guides, workbooks and digital collections are supplied as digital products.

When you purchase a digital product, you are purchasing a licence to use that product for your own personal or business learning purposes.

You are absolutely welcome to use the techniques, knowledge, ideas and information you learn from Pipe It products to create and sell your own chocolate strawberries and develop your own business.

However, the digital products themselves remain the intellectual property of Pipe It.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, upload, publish or make Pipe It digital products available to other people, either in full or in substantial part, without written permission.

Purchasing one copy does not give permission to distribute the product to employees, students, groups, customers or other businesses unless expressly authorised by Pipe It.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Digital products are normally made available electronically following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they have a suitable device, internet connection and software required to access the digital product.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact Pipe It and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUNDS

Because ebooks and other digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

If a digital product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be supplied as promised, or you otherwise have rights to a remedy under applicable consumer law, please contact Pipe It.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

PIPE IT EXPERT APPRAISAL

4. PERSONALISED APPRAISAL SERVICE

The Pipe It Expert Appraisal is a personalised, photo-based appraisal of your chocolate strawberry work.

One Expert Appraisal is provided per purchase.

Your appraisal is individually prepared using the photographs and information you submit.

It may consider areas including:

• overall visual appeal and wow factor
• consistency and execution
• decorating and finishing
• design and styling
• presentation
• gift packaging
• branding
• photography
• perceived value
• customer appeal
• strengths and potential opportunities for development

The exact areas discussed will depend upon the work and information you submit.

5. YOUR SUBMISSION

To prepare your appraisal, you will be asked to submit photographs and information about your work through the Pipe It submission form.

Please provide photographs that are clear enough for the relevant details to be assessed.

If I believe additional photographs or information are necessary to provide a meaningful appraisal, I may contact you before completing it.

Your turnaround time may commence once all information reasonably required to complete the appraisal has been received.

6. APPRAISAL TURNAROUND

Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your complete submission for your completed Expert Appraisal.

If additional information or photographs are requested, the turnaround period may commence once those additional materials have been received.

Occasionally circumstances outside my reasonable control may cause a delay. If a significant delay occurs, I will endeavour to let you know.

7. WHAT CAN BE ASSESSED

The Expert Appraisal is based on what can reasonably be assessed from the photographs and information supplied.

Certain characteristics cannot be reliably determined from photographs alone, including taste, freshness, internal texture or structure and other qualities requiring physical examination.

I will not present something as fact where it cannot reasonably be determined from the material supplied.

8. NATURE OF MY FEEDBACK

The Expert Appraisal reflects my personal professional opinion based on my experience creating, presenting and working with chocolate strawberries.

My purpose is to provide constructive, practical and encouraging feedback while respecting the individual style of the creator.

The purpose of the appraisal is not to make your strawberries look like mine.

Where I believe something is working particularly well, I may recommend keeping it exactly as it is. I will not manufacture criticism simply to make an appraisal appear more substantial.

9. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Your appraisal may contain observations or recommendations concerning presentation, customer appeal, perceived value, branding or business presentation.

However, purchasing or implementing an Expert Appraisal does not guarantee increased sales, customers, revenue, profit, social media performance or any other particular business result.

The decisions you make after receiving the appraisal remain your responsibility.

10. APPRAISAL CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because the Expert Appraisal is a personalised service, change-of-mind refunds are not available once your submission has been received and work on your appraisal has commenced.

If there is a problem with the service provided, please contact Pipe It so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

11. FUTURE APPRAISALS

Each purchase covers one appraisal of the work submitted for that purchase.

If you would like new or improved work appraised at a later date, a new Expert Appraisal must be purchased.

12. PHOTOGRAPHS, PRIVACY & CREATOR SPOTLIGHT

Photographs and information submitted for an Expert Appraisal will be used privately for the purpose of reviewing your work and preparing and delivering your appraisal.

Your photographs will not be published or used publicly by Pipe It for marketing, promotional, website or social media purposes without your permission.

From time to time, I may identify outstanding work that I would love to feature as part of a Pipe It Creator Spotlight or other Pipe It content.

If I would like to feature your work, I will contact you and ask for permission first. Purchasing an Expert Appraisal does not automatically give Pipe It permission to publicly use your photographs.

13. SUBMITTED MATERIAL

By submitting photographs or other material, you confirm that the work shown is your own, or that you otherwise have the necessary permission to submit the material for appraisal.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

14. PRODUCT LINKS

Pipe It may provide links to equipment, ingredients, packaging, decorating supplies, tools, photography equipment and other products or services that I believe may be useful to chocolate strawberry creators.

Some links take you to websites operated by third parties.

Pipe It does not control those third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, shipping, stock levels, product specifications, policies or customer service.

Prices, availability and product details may change after a link has been published.

You should review the product information and the seller's terms before making a purchase.

15. AFFILIATE LINKS

Some links on the Pipe It website may be affiliate links.

This means Pipe It may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase after following one of these links, generally at no additional cost to you.

The presence of an affiliate relationship does not change the price charged by Pipe It, although the third-party retailer controls its own pricing.

Where required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed.

16. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

When you follow a link from Pipe It and purchase a product from another website, your purchase is with that third-party retailer, not Pipe It.

Payment, delivery, returns, warranties, refunds and customer service relating to that purchase are generally governed by the retailer's own terms and policies.

Any questions or problems relating to a third-party order should normally be directed to the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

GENERAL TERMS

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original Pipe It ebooks, guides, appraisal reports, written content, graphics, templates, branding, educational materials and other original content are protected by intellectual property rights.

Purchasing a Pipe It product does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to the purchaser.

You may use what you learn from Pipe It to create your own products and develop your own business.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit Pipe It's actual ebooks, reports, templates or other protected materials without permission.

18. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

Information provided through Pipe It products, appraisals and website content is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Although I make every reasonable effort to provide useful and accurate information based on my experience, individual circumstances differ.

Nothing provided by Pipe It should be considered legal, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional for your individual circumstances.

19. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.

Prices may be changed from time to time.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed and agreed to at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law.

Payment must be successfully completed before digital products or services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

20. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

I aim to keep the Pipe It website and digital delivery systems available and operating correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occasionally occur because of maintenance, technical issues or services operated by third-party providers.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing something you have legitimately purchased, please contact Pipe It so I can help resolve it.

21. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Australian customers may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees relating to goods and services.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Pipe It products, services, website functionality or applicable requirements.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
