At Pipe It, I respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting the personal information you provide when visiting the website, making a purchase or submitting work for an Expert Appraisal.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is collected, how it may be used and the circumstances in which it may be shared.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use the Pipe It website, make a purchase, contact Pipe It or submit information for an Expert Appraisal, we may collect information such as:

- communications you send to Pipe It
- information you provide through website forms
- photographs and information submitted for an Expert Appraisal
- information about how you interact with the website
- technical information such as browser, device and IP address where collected by Shopify or other service providers
Payment information is processed through the payment services available through Shopify. Pipe It does not independently store your complete credit or debit card details.

3. EXPERT APPRAISAL SUBMISSIONS
When you purchase a Pipe It Expert Appraisal, you may be asked to provide photographs of your chocolate strawberry work and information about yourself, your work or your business.
This information is used to review your submission and prepare your personalised appraisal.
Your appraisal photographs and submission information are treated as private and will not be published or used publicly by Pipe It for promotional, website or social media purposes without your permission.
Information you provide for an appraisal may also be used to communicate with you if additional photographs or information are required to complete your appraisal.
4. PIPE IT CREATOR SPOTLIGHT
From time to time, I may identify work submitted for an Expert Appraisal that I would love to feature through a Pipe It Creator Spotlight or other Pipe It content.
If I would like to publicly feature your work, I will contact you and ask for your permission first.
Purchasing an Expert Appraisal or submitting photographs does not automatically give Pipe It permission to publish your photographs.
5. SHOPIFY
The Pipe It online store is operated using Shopify.
Shopify may process personal information necessary to provide ecommerce services, including processing orders, operating checkout, providing website functionality, detecting fraud and supporting payments.
Shopify processes information according to its own privacy practices and applicable laws.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Pipe It may use third-party services, including Filemonk, to provide and manage access to digital products.
Information necessary to fulfil your order, such as your email address, order information and purchased products, may be processed by these services so your digital purchase can be delivered.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments made through the Pipe It website are processed using payment providers available through Shopify.
Payment providers may collect and process information necessary to authorise and complete your transaction.
Pipe It does not independently receive or store your complete payment card details.
